Mcdonald's - Cape Coral

I had a great experience with my grandkid at this location. The staff was patient while we ordered and helped me to the table so I could wrangle the children. We had a nice lunch together thanks to the great food and customer service.

I've had consistently good food here. They could really use a kind and cheerful person taking orders in the drive thru. Also, it's been very frustrating trying to get a fountain drink at this location. I come to McDonald's to get their fountain coke...and half the time I get handed a canned coke.

This place is run by a bunch of retards. For breakfast I went there with my son and they forgot one of my hash browns and for lunch I ordered two simple number seven with two burgers without cheese and two burgers with cheese and they gave me three burgers with cheese. They proved The stereotype that only retards work at McDonald's. Make sure you check your food before you leave the window. I will never go there again

This establishment truly lowers the bar. I go through the drive through ordering a combo meal and a few other burgers. After waiting probably 8 minutes in line we get handed a canned Diet Coke with the statement “you had the Diet Coke right” and handed a bag like I was a nuisance. Get home to enjoy dry crusty buns and incorrect orders.

The young man taking orders seemed quite confused and was not very polite. When I was ready to place my order, he asked me to wait and then proceeded to serve the car next to me, which felt unfriendly. To make matters worse, he messed up my order and was overall rude. This happened at the first window of the drive-thru around 6:55 PM.
