First, a bit of nostalgia: when I was younger, visiting a McDonald's felt like a special treat. The burgers were larger than the buns, stacked with 3-4 slices of pickles, and generously slathered with mustard and ketchup. And can you believe they only cost 10 cents back then? Fast forward to today, and I must say, they really disappoint. It hardly seems worth the time or money anymore. I visited for the Leap Day Event, where burgers cost 49 cents and cheeseburgers 69 cents. I was looking forward to a large vanilla shake, which I usually enjoy. However, to my dismay, they were out of shakes! How does a place famous for its shakes run out? Surely, you could send a manager to another location to borrow some until your supply arrives. With modern technology, there should be a system to alert them of low inventory and avoid this situation. As for the burger itself, it was underwhelming. I received one single slice of pickle, there was no mustard, barely any ketchup, and the patty was only about 3/16 of an inch thick—smaller than the bun! It's baffling how the CEO and board of directors can justify their exorbitant salaries while profits and customers dwindle. I’ll leave it up to you to draw your own conclusions.
We used to absolutely love this McDonald's restaurant; it has been our top choice in the area for years. However, something has changed, and we're not quite sure what it is. This was the third time we've received cold fries, and the staff has been quite unfriendly. Unfortunately, we’ve decided not to return to this location. We recommend saving your money and looking elsewhere.
They are making high school students stay outside while others can go inside, even in hot weather. This is unfair and not right, especially when they want to buy food but are refused entry simply because they are kids and teenagers.
I often enjoy my visits to this McDonald's, but today was quite different. The place was packed, with a line that wrapped around the building, and I ended up waiting over 30 minutes. The doors were locked, and it seemed like they only had three people working. When my food finally arrived and I got home to eat, I was disappointed to find that the first bite of my double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon was uncooked. It was browned on the outside but still cold in the middle. How hard can it be to fully cook a burger? I would have preferred a burnt burger over that. I tried calling to express my concerns, but the phone just kept ringing. I'm very disappointed with this crew and their performance.
One sandwich. No onions please . I get one sandwich with a special sticker on the outside that says...wait for it... NO ONION. Open sandwich to check for onions. Onions. Every F 'ing time I go here they get my order wrong on ONE F 'INGSANDWICH! Going to be tough convincing people you don 't get paid well enough when you can 't even get a single sandwich orderright.
