Steak wasn’t done even close to medium rare and the chicken dish wasn’t the one ordered. Had a BOGO so didn’t say anything, however, we were very disappointed to say the least. Definitely not the TGI FRIDAYS I remember.
Waiter was overly aggressive on getting the tables order, the restaurant wasn't to capacity, so no need to rush in and out. The music volume was to high. The food was rushed and un-seasoned. I asked for buffalo wings and received bbq wings. I didnt enjoy my experience at this location.
Shown 10 minutes early on new years eve made for a 530 pm reservation and confirmed by open table. you said we had no reservation because tgif Fridays in canton did not accept any reservations! manager said we would be happy to wait 45-50 minutes for a table. only 5 tables were occupied at the time in the entire restaurant. asked how it could be, we have the confirmation of our reservation of open table if we have no reservation? no answer!
The TGIFriday app that works via opendoor has made a reservation to 12-16. at the arrival the host had no advance notice of the reservation. she didn't want to give us a table until the manager turned on and saw the confirmation on my handy.
