Thai Lanna Sushi Bar - Canton

My wife and I decided to try this restaurant. The food was decent, but I was quite disappointed with the level of spiciness in the hot ramen. Despite paying extra for the Thai hot option, I felt absolutely no heat from it. If you're someone who can’t handle spicy food, you might find it mildly spicy, but if, like me, you were hoping for a place that actually delivers on heat, you'll be let down. I tend to place a lot of importance on spiciness when it's a key feature of a dish, and since this was marketed as super hot and comes with an additional charge for the highest spice level, I felt somewhat cheated.

Always excellent! The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is wonderful. I ordered my favorite Thai dish, Pad Kra Pao, prepared by my favorite chef.

Vegetarian options: Impressive Tofu choices. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap parking, wide doors, and easy access to seating. Service: Dine-in. Meal type: Lunch.
