The food was cold. They never came to check to see if everything was okay. The food was overpriced. We were unknowingly charged a to use our credit card! We will not return again!!!!
We had such a great time at Royal Docks! The bartenders were friendly, knowledgeable and made amazing cocktails. And the beer??? Outstanding!!! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to have great drinks with friends, new or old.
We really loved this place! We came on Labor Day when many other places around town were closed, and it was a blessing in disguise since we got to try this place out. We love the giant soft pretzel that came with beer cheese and mustard. We ordered the pulled pork sliders and the cheeseburger special. Both were really good. The fries that came with both are crispy, and they give you the option to add beer cheese and bacon on the fries. We did one order plain and one with the beer cheese, and both were good, but the leftovers were better without the soggy beer cheese the next day. The beers were good, the service was friendly and attentive, and we enjoyed the wide range of music they played. We sat on the patio, and it's a lovely patio (other than the fact that the views are of the parking lot, haha) on a nice night. If we lived near here, we'd definitely be back!
Second Update: I originally gave 4 stars but now I wish I could give zero. It’s been two weeks since my visit and no one has responded to either of the messages I left with their staff to have a manager call me or the email I sent. Very poor customer service. Original Visit 8/25: Definitely overcharged but the beer and the food were good. My first visit was in the midst of an event so I’m sure with the confusion I was charged for someone else’s drinks. I hope they enjoyed them. I’ll visit again when there isn’t 300 people trying to be served at once. Update: I sent an email to the address provided by the “owner” and have called the restaurant twice now asking for a manager, only to be told that they weren’t in. I’ve left my info twice at this point with no response. Not only did they withdraw the full amount of my bill from the 28th, I have a whole new “duplicate” charge. I’m very disappointed with how this was handled. I’ve contacted my bank.
