Little Caesars Pizza - Canton

The service at this restaurant is terrible! I asked what was available, made my selection, and was then told it had been taken by someone else. I had to wait a long time for my food, as no one was paying attention to the customers in the lobby. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I am still waiting for my order.

This restaurant is the worst. They accepted my payment and then told me to come back in half an hour. The customer service is terrible and the business is poorly run.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 thin crust pepperoni pizzas. I paid and was asked to pull into the customer waiting parking area I did! 1/2 hour later still no pizza, so I went in. A young girl greeted me and ask what she could do I asked her how much longer on my pizzas. She informed me that she wasn't aware that they needed them. At this point another young girl in the back making pizzas got smart and said well your gonna have to wait at least another 15 minutes because they weren't made. At this point I just asked for a refund. Poor Customer Service!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Staff is lazy as hell this place sucks so bad it's honestly sad. I will bet my life if you go get a hot and ready for them right now it will not be cut all the way through. Sloppiest franchise of all time. I mean you work at a pizza shop how hard can it fuckin be? Pizza always undercooked and never cut all the way lmao minimum wage is too much for them their staff is full of spare parts

The Little Caesars on West Tuscarawas Street in Canton, Ohio is staffed by incompetent individuals. The pizza tasted terrible due to the incompetence of the employees. I had a bad experience when I paid in cash and asked for the remaining $3 to be put on my debit card, but the employee charged my card $13 instead. I did not receive my receipt or the employee's name. I will not be returning to this store again.
