Rude service! I wish there were 0 stars. my daughter cleaned her mother and her brother to eat, hoping to have a decent dinner. I ordered wings were extremely dry and the half was burned (unbar,) we saw our waitress on our order then for our check. will not come back. get it together!

Unfortunately, we felt like the server was not very attentive. Also, when we went to pay with a gift card, we were told we had to call the number on the card to get the exact card balance or they couldn't process the card. It was a bit hard to hear when I called to get the balance because of the volume of the TV playing. I was shocked that I was asked to make an extra step to call for the balance and that their system is not able to process a gift card and determine the value. I shared my feedback with the manager who did not even apologize for my disappointment in my experience.

Ordered food online. Showed up at expected time of order completion. I know it is an estimate and don't mind waiting extra. When I showed up the place was packed with several waiting for orders. Customer service can go a long way in times like this. However there was no one at the counter. This remained the case for the 50 minutes I waited. I was finally able to get a waiter to cancel my order (which i was trying to do for last 20 minutes). No one took a moment to acknowledge the customers waiting (some there longer than me). Acknowledge, provide an update, and follow through will go a long way in this situation. Instead I canceled my order, disrupted my schedule, left with a poor experience and ordered wings elsewhere. Hope a better plan is implemented in the future. Cheers.

Absolutely terrible management!! Every Tuesday night a group of us (family) goes out to eat at different restaurants. Generally BW3 's every 3rd week. The first thing I noticed there wasn 't a lot of people on their wing night . But anyway, we always order our wings extra done. When they came out they were very under cooked. My uncle asked to have them put back in for a few more minutes. So the manager came over and told us that those are well done and there is nothing he could do about that. My Uncle asked him to at least look at his wings and the manager said I personally watch them cook your order for 20 minutes . What??? We will never, ever go back there. Please, all you had to do is to re-fry his wings, instead you lied to all of us and said you personally watched them cook his order and that it is what it is. Really poor.... We 'll be picking another place in our rotation of places to eat.

Wings are great. Service is ok. Could use a little more help.. nobody wants to sit for 20 mins before getting a menu wile staff chatted with each other. There were only a couple people at that time already eating. Other then that great wings
