I ordered a chicken teriyaki salad and did not receive a chicken in my order. when I called the load, they didn't even apologize and just said to call the delivery service to arrange a refund.
Dreadful customer service he then continued to roll his eyes and admire me because he made a mistake and I corrected it. was not happy, even the other customer was shocked as we were treated.
The old woman who works there is so **** stingy, she put barely any ingrediants on my sub. 0/10
Was my go to place for lunch, but they can no longer scan loyalty cards and don't appear to be trying to fix the situation so I stopped going. Fortunately there are many other takeaway options nearby. Otherwise its a good Subway and is newly renovated.
