Chez Nous - Camden

I used to come and sit in here to have a quiet breakfast but recently there’s always a member of staff sat in the space loudly watching TV. It feels a bit like going into a run down living room. I’ve also had food poisoning here once and they often get the order wrong. I wish there was another old school cafe in Belsize Park.

Lovely home made food and very special, homely atmosphere . Real family restaurant

Ordered the tomato pasta the pasta was overcooked the sauce had no taste. It was really disappointing so unfortunately left it. We asked for chillis and was offered nando sauce.

All we wanted was a solid bacon sandwich some coffee and we got exactly that. such a cute place, thank you

Good, basic, reasonably priced food. Main course and a drink £11.00. I wanted a hot, 'cheap ' meal so had the double eggs, beans and chips, with a coffee; all of which was perfectly acceptable. The waitress was very pleasant, attentive and proffesional with me and other customers who clearly took liberaties! She brought my milky coffee in a mug, with a big handle, just as I requested. I felt the decor of the cafe was rather dark, lacked luster and the atmosphere was a bit somber, but generally everything was clean and well organized. The smell of cooking oil was rather over powering, so I left as soon as I had finished eating and didn 't order a desert or 2nd coffee. Not sure if I would go here again?
