I had a disappointing experience at the “Liv Eat” restaurant in Hobart Airport. When I asked for a cheese toastie, the staff member simply said no. The only option I was given was a ham and cheese toastie, but the ham looked like it had been carelessly handled. Additionally, I received a piece of bread that was filled with large chunks of garlic, which was not what I expected. When I returned the dish, I was informed that if I ordered it again, it would be exactly the same, and that it was difficult to get a piece of cheese. What a letdown! I'm just glad I won't have to come back to this place.
I experienced poor customer service during my visit. There seemed to be a domestic issue among the staff that they were trying to sort out, which held things up for customers. I understand that airport food is usually pricey, but the quality didn't justify the cost. They misheard my order, which led to delays, and half of my meal ended up on the toaster despite my specific request for it not to be roasted. How difficult can it be to follow instructions? I'm quite frustrated and won’t be returning next time.
Good experience, they were clearly getting slammed on a busy night and running out of most things, but really went out of their way to make sure we had something good to eat. Very appreciated
Front staff are very rude and dont have any customer service skills . Very very bad experience always with front staff girls.
