The Jamaican Grill - California

I placed a Togo order they told me food will be ready in 20 minutes. Went to pick food up 30 minutes later to make sure it was ready . Just for them to tell me that they gave my food away to a dasher . So that dasher got my food for free . I don't know how that's possible if staff is checking the order my order wasn't even paid for it was a Togo order. So all they said was that they can remake it and for me to wait another 25 minutes no thank you. Did not even apologize very unprofessional.

I really tried with this place. It’s just not good. Very disappointing. Not seasoned and marinated and ital enough for me. No ackee and saltfish either. I asked for it and they didn’t even know what I was talking about. It’s the Jamaican national dish. Stop playing with me. Lol. Sad man! Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner

I had the curry chicken. It wasn 't that good. It was very salty, undercooked, and it tasted they just poured the curry sauce over the chicken. There was no actual flavor in the chicken, not to mention that the curry was thin and runny. This was my first time trying this restaurant. I won 't be back. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
