I came in the afternoon but found that the staff were friendly, they got along nicely to each other and treated the trainee with respect (I can’t begin to explain how many times I go into a restaurant and see new hires treated poorly). Whoever is part of the management team here deserves a pat on the back. Good Job!
Second time served by Lily at drive threw. She is always pleasant. Only complaint I have is I tried four times to fill out survey from receipt…… kept coming back “ number already used”! Not by me so I did this review for Lily?
FOOD WARNING Cross contamination must be mandatory at this location, because if you take the time to look the cashier might as well be making the food as well.I come here to buy my bagged coffee here , that any grocery store sells cheaper than $12.99. This is because Im disabled and cannot drive, and some days I rather pay $3. more than walk 45min 1hour to Shoppers or Safeway nearby. Every now and then , Ill stop to grab my 10 yr. old something small to eat.90% of my short visits coming here, Ive witnessed ruthless food handling through and through. Even after contacting management, and them trying to enforce proper foodsafe with front end staff It dosnt seem to resonate well with them at all.We wont be eating here anymore.Kid friendliness: I wouldnt feed my kid the food here.
I come here every morning for coffee on my way to work. Lines are relatively short and move very quickly. The staff are friendly and efficient, and I have never gotten a wrong order!
Somehow they managed to get every single item in my order wrong this morning, and I had to go back to get it fixed TWICE and it still wasn’t right. I could also hear the employees in the back complaining that I ordered it wrong but the receipt says otherwise. Worst Tim Hortons experience I’ve ever
