New Seventeen Closed - CALASCIBETTA

We had dinner here. We were the only people in the restaurant initially (except for family members). The service was slow. I had pasta with pistachio sauce and shrimps. It was very bland with tiny shrimps. The only pistachio s seemed to be a small sprinkling on top of the pasta. The sauce was a bland white sauce. No bread was served with dinner. My husband had a red sauce pasta dish which was average.

Visited here with my family for food and was very pleasantly surprised. The waitress spoke fluent English which doesn't happen too often here and was very friendly. The pasta dishes were absolutely sublime and very rich and the meat dishes were also top Class. It is one of the cheapest and absolute best restaurants I have visited here.
