Carbonella - PATTI

After a nice trip to tindari we decided spontaneously with the lunch in carbonella. what a perfect surprise! a tiny and friendly restaurant with a owner who cared a lot about his guests. before and between the curses he explained the food, ask us about likes/dislikes, and, due to my bad Italian, slowly declares the origin of his products, the Sicilian tradition of cooking, crinkled and seasoned it is used and how a fish can taste differently. eating was perfect, absolutely fresh and well prepared. we had red tuna tarts, dentex and canollo. I've eaten it before, but that was different and delicious. we will be back soon and we look forward to it.
