My experience at the restaurant was quite good overall. I anticipated some waiting time due to the holiday rush and rainy weather, but I was unfortunately disheartened by the way some customers treated the staff. I witnessed instances where patrons were rude about the wait times and aggressively reached over the counter to check their bags. Some even demanded refunds, which was disappointing to see. It's important to appreciate the workers who are managing to serve us during this recent COVID spike. Let's be grateful for them and remember to treat them with kindness. A big thank you to the staff, and happy holidays!

I dine here twice a week with a group of six, and I've never had a disappointing meal or encountered poor service. This place is truly fantastic, and I highly recommend it to others frequently.

I really enjoy the food here, but I wouldn't recommend inviting others to dine with you. The general manager has a rather unpleasant attitude that negatively affected my enthusiasm for returning. I brought a friend to try this place for the first time, and unfortunately, the manager's demeanor overshadowed the experience. I made an effort to be polite throughout our visit, but it seemed like it was just a bad day for her. Sadly, I won't be coming back to this location again.

One of my favorite Chinese food chain restaurants. I love their house special chicken salad without wontons. I also recommend their chicken rolls and salmon dishes. The customer service is very polite and friendly. Plus, it’s conveniently located near several shops to visit after eating.
