The story behind the restaurant is a story of overcoming the opportunities. Mercedes Munoz a mother of three was determined to create an authentic Mexican restaurant in the heart of southern Missouri. It is a hidden gem that most do not know, as it is in the heart of a small town, Cabool. I'm looking forward to the next time I come back to the river. Delicious!!! I've visited this restaurant several times in the past while in the area, and the food and service have always been excellent. My sister and I stopped by today and noticed they’ve updated the menu with some new recipes. I can't rave enough about the food. We're both from St. Louis and have tried countless Mexican restaurants, but this one has taken the top spot for me today. They now serve a selection of Mexican beers and margaritas, which I always like to try wherever I go. OMG!!! This was by far the best margarita I’ve ever had!!! No cheap sour mix used here! Ugh! I just wish I didn’t live so far away!

The staff was friendly, and the decor was beautiful. The dishes were flavorful and perfectly portioned.
