Domino's Pizza - Mountain Grove

The Domino's pizza location in Mountain Grove, Missouri consistently gets my order wrong.

Very poor customer service. Guy at wondow had noclue what was going on. Had us park then walked out to car to tell us to come in to get the pizza. Why couldn 't he have brought it out? He told us he would. Plus $48.00 for a pepperoni pizza and an "extravaganza is waaaaay over priced. AAAAAND NO SAUCES EVEN THOUGH WE PAID FORTHEM

I frequently order pizza for takeout, so I was quite frustrated when I was told I had to go inside to purchase a garlic dipping cup because they couldn’t process it at the drive-thru. They don’t even provide a free cup when you order the bread knots. I really miss having Pizza Hut in the area.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to the Dominos in Mountain Grove on a Monday at 12:30. There was no one there waiting. My girlfriend and I stepped in and stayed back from the counter to look over the menu, however, after only about 2-3 minutes, the cashier started rushing us in a very rude tone. When we decided what we wanted under pressure from the cashier, we said something they didn’t have. The cashier acted offended that we ordered something they didn’t have, which is completely unprofessional. We continued to be nice to her but she didn’t have the same respect for us. We will not be ordering from this Dominos again, and will consider the franchise as a whole when ordering pizza again.
