There are several vegetarian dishes in these sections. I picked the restic potatoes and grilled vegetables. It was delicious! Good herb, nicely presented and service was top.
This restaurant, located within a hotel, is a lovely spot with beautifully decorated old-fashioned style terrace and indoor seating area. The waiter was attentive and the garlic bread was delicious. For our main course, we enjoyed rice with vegetables and grilled vegetables.
The restaurant itself is worth seeing. It’s located in an old traditional building from the 19th century with a superb open terrace and tasteful decorated interior resembling the decorations of Emir’s palace. The food is very good, there is a selection of vegan side dishes (oven-baked potatoes, fried vegetables, peas etc), which are not really side dishes in terms of size. There is also a selection of salads. The waiter is very friendly and helpful with recommendations.
This restaurant is one of the best in the city, with a beautifully decorated dining room that resembles the interior of a palace. The vegan options are limited, as is common in Uzbekistan, but the food we tried was fantastic! We sampled their delicious "village potatoes," grilled vegetables, and vegetable stew. Although we didn't order the vegetable soup, the menu assured us that the broth was vegetarian. On the downside, the same playlist of 4-5 songs played on repeat, but at least it wasn't loud techno pop. The wait staff was friendly but seemed overwhelmed, resulting in slower service. We ordered three side dishes and the vegetable soup, which were the only vegan options available. The portions were on the smaller side, but the quality of the food more than made up for it!
