I had already eaten at Brasserie Jan once when the new menu came into effect, but I went back again within a week for the sensational Steak Tartare! The first time I had the Sea Bass as a main course and the second time I chose the Cod, both delicious and the presentation of the dishes is spectacular and original. My girlfriend chose on my recommendation the Steak Tartare as a starter and was immediately sold! The Bavette as a main course, also very tasty, so I will definitely have to go back for that again... The atmosphere in the brasserie is very stylish and the service is correct, friendly and with a touch of humor from time to time. For dessert we chose the Warm tarte aux pommes with vanilla sauce and caramel ice cream. Delicious! I quote: 'As if an angel were busy... ' then you will understand how delicious it was! Had a delicious meal at Brasserie Jan in the Jan Tabak hotel. Extensive (new) menu. Everything prepared with love and taste. Service is very hospitable, professional. Had a lovely relaxing meal and sitting. Drinks in the bar after dinner are a nice way to end our night out. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
