Costa Coffee - Bury

This restaurant is not good. It is not very clean, with a sticky floor and tables. The WiFi that is supposed to be available is not working. It is disappointing that they are not able to maintain basic standards.

A Saturday in November, late in the day and our fable of 4 were disappointed with the long wait at the till. It just wasn't well organised. There were staff around but not concentrating on the customers. Too busy tidying up and blocking areas off to customers.

I regularly visit this Costa as it’s local to me and I really like the coffee shop itself and the staff. The coffees are the regular ones that are served at Costa although I certainly recommend the new bonfire coffee as it tastes amazing. The coffee shop itself is clean and always tidy. The tables are also cleaned quickly. The staff are really friendly, they always serve you with a smile and engage in conversation. I was even offered a Christmas coffee all year round when I last visited a total bonus!! It does get busy on a Saturday and Sunday so I try to visit early or use the outside coffee counter for my purchases. The outside coffee counter is also really clean tidy and brilliant for when you buy coffee on the go.

Enjoyed the visit as the weather was perfect and warm enough to sit outside. The cafe has plenty of outside seating to enjoy the coffee

Lovely staff nice coffee, too. Really friendly welcome and the manager, Joanna, very helpful. Nice ambiance, even for a Sunday morning.
