Good food, great vibes determined to be back in the coming weeks

The personal was great, but clear. it was cold when the wind picked up. they need more cocktail options instead of straight dishes on the menu.

My friend and I waited 15 minutes after we had set ourselves to get a menu. 1 2 per hour for our cocktails, which were very mediocre and small for 25 and then waited an hour for our food, which we had not said would give a waiting time. when we asked how much longer that would be eating, we were told by a kitchen hand rudely that we “hould expect a waiting for eating because there are obviously 3 functions going”.

Will not go back. the food content was ridiculous and expensive.

The place is really nice but we waited over an hour for our food, mind you was fresh oysters. Then it took another 40 minutes for the rest of our cooked food to come. We had to ask the staff numerous times and they kept saying 5 minutes. Drinks too a really long time as well, the place is stunning but the service is really bad. I was really disappointed. We also stayed in the hotel and tried to call reception but we kept getting hung up on and when my partner went downstairs the concierge said he was busy doing other things and couldn’t talk.. not good when we’ve spent upwards of 2k for the weekend. Also there was no bottle opener in the room the stuff in the mini bar required one. I hate complaining but this really needed to be said, it’s such a stunning hotel and bar that it’s really such a shame.
