Savoy Cake - Burwood

I had a few cakes from here, including the Lychee, Taro and Cheesecake flavors. The flavors are beautiful; And the sponge nice and fluffy. I will definitely consider returning. The bread rolls are pretty nice. Attractively priced!

Four words for this place: "Try the mango cake". That's all. It is so delicious decadent that it is better than the famous strawberry watermelon cake of Black Star. All my friends (from different backgrounds, with different flavors) unanimously agreed that this is one of the yumrenies that they ever tried. Grief Grief If you love mango - and especially mango pancakes that you get at yum cha, then give this melting, in your mouth, fluffy, but not to sweet mango cake. Other cakes that you have offered are the fragrant taro cake and my second favorite: your passion fruit cake - with mild tartess, which perfectly expands the sweetness.
