Indian Corner At Wilson - Burnie

This has to be one of the best Indian restaurants we've ever visited. Although we dined in some time ago, we opted for takeaway this time. We ordered the chicken madras and lamb Rogan Josh. The meat in both dishes was incredibly tender, and the sauces were bursting with flavor. I would love to get my hands on their madras recipe!

One of the best Indian restaurants in the Southern Hemisphere. Chef Singh certainly knows how to cook. I tried their $12 lunch special, which included Lamb Kadai served with rice and garlic naan.

The food was good, but the chef only seemed to care about that. His behavior was disappointing; he only approached the tables with white customers to ask about their meals, completely ignoring others. The chef's actions are unacceptable. We deserve respect when it comes to our dining experience.

I really enjoyed my meal here, even though I'm not usually a fan of Indian food.
