Smoothie King - Burleson

At 8:30 a.m. when they were closed at 9:00 a.m., they were already closed and locked. they simply sound through the window “Sorry”. I understand 5-10 minutes, but half an hour?

The staff seemed very new but they stayed friendly and made smoothies as fast as they could correctly make them.

Always closed an hour before the posted closing time….why?? Please update the hours of operation so people don’t waste their time driving…

So...what started out as a bad trip to Smoothie King last night turned into a great one today.I spoke to the manager, Reimi (hope I spelled that right.. about what had happened the night before. She was very nice and apologetic about it all. I'll definitely be stopping back in now thanks to her. She's Awesome!!

I was not impressed with the service at go! I waited 24 minutes for a smoothie, only to realize that my order had been completely forgotten. It seemed like the workers were overwhelmed and unsure of what was happening. It's disappointing, especially since the restaurant is conveniently located near my home.
