Roscoe's Smokehouse - Burleson

I've had Roscoe's many times at work. They would cater special meals for us, and the food was amazing. This was my first time to eat in the restaurant. Same great friendly customer service. It's like the employees enjoy their jobs. Very professional andfriendly. The food was still amazing. The chicken, brisket, smoked sausage, potato salad. All of it is great. In restaurantthey have jalapeno cheddar smoked sausage. Excellent! At first the portions seemed small until I actually ate everything.Plenty of food. Great service, food and atmosphere.

Nice selection of menu items. Friendly and accommodating staff. Not the best BBQ I've ever eaten but it wasn't half bad either. Overall an enjoyable experience with little to complain about.

Best wings in the DFW area! Smoked and fried goodness inspired by someone above. I like them naked with a variety of sauces and dry rubs to mix and match. Cooked to perfection and all on the larger size. Load up the cheese fries with all the extras,deliciousness. Beers are crazy cold in those frozen mugs. Sides are all good. The potato salad is mustard based and slightly onthe vinegar side. I prefer a loaded BP version, but I also love variety. Mac n cheese and coleslaw are very well madestandards. When you think you have had all the best stuff?.get the banana pudding and just pass out in the spacious outdoorseating area.

Good brisket but too complicated!! I can?t get a two meat of JUST brisket and with the brisket plate itself it?s def not enough brisket and the only side offered is double the fries? now the brisket IS MOSTLY good, however is very fatty and I?m not a fanof that cheap cut of meat ? I don?t like that you can?t substitute anything hardly without it costing extra!! You only get onepiece of toast on your plate and adding any more is a dollar extra as well!! The high prices most definitely aren?t worth it ?especially if you want the amount you over paid for! But the atmosphere is unique and I do love the license plate decor! I thinkthat they really would be a good place if they made ordering a whole lot less complex and got better cuts of meat especiallywhen it comes to the sliced brisket!!

Just driving thru and our Kay Jeweler representative said they go here 3 times a week Pulled pork was good and the club was chuck full Glad we stopped! Fabulous long island!
