Very tasty, quality, and consistent pizza. I've ordered here several times and never had an under or overdone pizza

Pizza was good, but the dipping sauces I paid for weren't delivered. Everything else was good.

Absolutely the best customer service ever!!! We order all the time here and from the extremely professional and courteous person who takes your order (Chen) to the very quick delivery driver also very professional!!! Then our order is always exactly what we ordered cooked to perfection!!! Thank you so much the whole staff of our Burleson papa John’s!!!

The Best Papa John's around! Love the garden fresh pizza and the alfredo sauce with anything is delicious.

First let me just say, the PIZZA AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS DOWN RIGHT DISGUISING!!! Ordered 2 medium pizzas when I received my pizzas that I paid $31 for. ONE HAD A PIECE OF HAIR AND THEY ALL were cold and dry SO FREAKING DISGUSTING!!! Called to get the issue resolved, and was told I didn’t order my pizzas from that store. Thinking I had the wrong store I hang up to contact the right Papa Johns. Took a second look at my receipt, that stated 1001 Sw Wilshire Blvd!! I was told twice by Carl I didn’t place my order at that store. Told a third time by Jada who had a very nasty attitude. NO ONE WAS CONCER ABOUT MY ISSUE!! ONLY CONCERN WAS THAT I HAD THE WRONG PAPA JOHNS. I requested a refund and was told I couldn’t get a refund until tomorrow.
