Papa Johns Pizza - Burleson

There was one lady in the back with no help and was still able to get our pizza.She seemed a bit stress as she had a huge order she was working on and was still very friendly and attentive.She deserves a promotion I wish I could have gotten her name. Kudos to her!Management eventually came to help out.

First let me just say, the PIZZA AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS DOWN RIGHT DISGUISING!!! Ordered 2 medium pizzas when I received my pizzas that I paid $31 for. ONE HAD A PIECE OF HAIR AND THEY ALL were cold and dry SO FREAKING DISGUSTING!!! Called to get the issue resolved, and was told I didn’t order my pizzas from that store. Thinking I had the wrong store I hang up to contact the right Papa Johns. Took a second look at my receipt, that stated 1001 Sw Wilshire Blvd!! I was told twice by Carl I didn’t place my order at that store. Told a third time by Jada who had a very nasty attitude. NO ONE WAS CONCER ABOUT MY ISSUE!! ONLY CONCERN WAS THAT I HAD THE WRONG PAPA JOHNS. I requested a refund and was told I couldn’t get a refund until tomorrow.

Great deals when you order online for carry out. This location is clean and friendly staff.

This store is listed as closing at 12am. I placed an order online at 10:30pm and got confirmation. 20 minutes after my order, I receive an email that the order is canceled. I call the location and speak to the manager who states he has no delivery drivers and has to close the store down. This is absolutely ridiculous considering this company utilizes door dash. My tip on my card was 20% of my total and I always tip in cash at the door.As a former GM of Papa John's and worked at this specific location, I'm extremely disappointed.

I just want to say thank you personally to Carl at the Burleson location for making my grand daughters day a special oneat school. She is in kindergarten and ask for pizza and her lunch is at 10am and Carl made it in early and pizza ready for me to pick up for her! She ate 3 big slices!! It was so good!! Thanks again Papa John's! This Papa is proud he could bring his granbaby her pizza!!
