Palio's Pizza Cafe At Burleson

People there are pretty good and friendly although they can get a bit distracted. I always get the pizza on take out because it's just easier. I might make another review another time if I could ever get there when they have their buffet. My only otherissue is that the prices are a bit out there for the pizza's. They had recently raised the price of their pizzas so I spentnearly $100 for 2 mama sized pizzas My only other issues are that the prices are a bit up there because they recently raised theprice. I spent nearly $100 for 2 Mama sized pizzas and they seemed a bit undercooked. Parking can get crazy sometimes due tothe location.

A picture, it tells the story. If the place is half full or more,the kitchen can't keep up with the buffet. They put 1-2 pizzas out then empty again. This is multiple times I have been and this happens. Salad bar wasn't even half full of lettuce and thiswas 11:30am I went in.

Since when is a regular salad just lettuce? Took my children here to eat lunch, ordered a pizza and a small salad. I was given a plate of lettuce. They also had a pizza buffet available and we weren't told or had any idea. On the buffet is a salad bar andpizza, I would have ordered that for us instead. The pizza we ordered was delicious and after talking to them about my salad Iwas able to switch it out for a cookie for my children.

Service great. Cheese sticks bland with little flavor bunch of grease. Pizza... can't taste the sauce but again couldn't taste the cheese but we could taste toppings and pizza crust bathrooms need to be less smelly we could smell them from the drinkmachine which is a terrible placement for drink machine). But the ladies and the guy who served us or cleaned the tables wasabsolutely nice main thing that made it worth going.

We prefer Chicago style pizza but this is good too especially since we don't have many options around here. Good service and our fave is the wings! A little pricey but worth it!
