We called ahead to confirm they were open, only to find out that on a scorching 100-degree July 4th, their indoor dining was closed. However, the website indicated that indoor seating was available. Save yourself the trip and avoid sitting in a hot car!
This place is one of my absolute favorites since I was a child, but somewhere within the last 4-5 years food quality began to sink. Then the prices went up recently. Not anymore? Just a little pricy, but it's worth it, now?
Happy taco freaking Tuesday? By the way, everyone knows why they close one down and Crowley just curious. However always delicious delicious delicious delicious food!
I enjoyed FasTaco for a very long time, but tonight I opened my tacos and found instead of normal crushed cheese you would expect to find on tacos, I had only got what I can only describe as a kind of fat cheese goop. This artificial cheese was so disgusting that he completely turned me away from the taste of food, and I had to throw away my dinner. I sincerely hope that for whatever reason I got a bad cheese, because if they have changed their ingredients to make this cheese, I will certainly not be back.
The prices at this restaurant have become outrageous. A chicken quesadilla costs an astonishing $18, and it has only about a quarter inch of cheese and chicken. It's absolutely crazy when you can enjoy a meal at places like Fresco's, The Rim, Babe's, or many other great restaurants for less. We ended up paying $34 to feed two people, and that didn't even include drinks. I really hope they reopen the Crowley location, as their prices were much more reasonable.
