Starbucks - Burbank

Today, I ordered a breakfast sandwich, but it was mistakenly given to someone else. I waited until I got home to try the coffee and, unfortunately, it wasn't pike. It ended up going down the drain, along with the $2.65 I paid for it. Since the place recently underwent renovations, I thought I would give it another chance since it's close to my work. However, today they were unable to accept cash because they didn’t have any change. It seems they think making superficial changes is enough to improve things, but this place is still terribly managed.

The young barista tossed me a knife over the counter as she turned away, clearly uninterested in helping. When I mentioned the issue to the manager, he said, “Well, we just opened yesterday,” even though they had been in business for years before the renovation. He offered some nonsense about needing to request utensils in California. It was clear that his response was a poor excuse for bad customer service, and it showed in his attitude. Perhaps the manager needs a refresher in customer service skills!

The restaurant features seamless floor tiles, walls that flow, and cups that seem to spill over with raw coffee. If you're looking for a place that might give you a headache, this is it. That wasn't a typo; the atmosphere creates an echo effect. You get the idea.

I am a HIGH edition Starbucks customer for many, many years on both coasts of us today I have been charged $1.00 per cup ice water that I have additionally to the $25 I spent the only good thing, dieucks high prices to pay, was the free water when I asked the barista about the additional poor money that he said to have sent an email to customers

One of the worst Starbucks I have been to. They never make the drink as told. They would either add some other ingredient or not add the ingredient at all. When asked if they added as per specification, they would lie on the face.
