We waited 15 minutes to place our order and another 20 minutes for our food. The food was decent—fresh but not particularly impressive. The staff were nice and friendly, and the person managing the drive-thru was very helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our experience. It wasn't bad!
I was excited when this location finally opened since the other ones are farther south. The service was quick, and the food was excellent. I will definitely be coming back!
As always, Cane's was delicious, although some of the chicken had more breading than meat and was extremely crispy. The fries, bread, and Cane's sauce were all perfect. However, the music inside was incredibly loud; if it had been turned down a bit, I think I would have enjoyed my experience even more.
When my wife and I arrived just after 5 pm on a Thursday, the drive-thru line extended out into the street, taking up the far right lane and wrapping around the corner, with Burbank police officers overseeing the situation. We overheard an employee saying the drive-thru wait time was 40 minutes. Dining in is definitely the better option right now. If you have a state-issued disabled parking pass, you can park on-site. I suggest having it ready to show security; they were initially a bit brusque, but once I showed them my placard, they became very friendly and allowed us in. Trust me, it’s worth it for the positive experience. If you don’t have a disabled pass, you’ll need to find street parking, but there’s plenty available in the shopping center lot across the street. Despite the crowds and the hectic atmosphere, we received our food in under 15 minutes, with most of the wait time spent in line to order. We were truly impressed with how quickly our food arrived after ordering. The staff were energetic, friendly, and efficient, making the dining-in experience smooth. There were plenty of options for seating, both inside and out, even during peak hours. Inside, the upbeat music and powerful air conditioning created a lively atmosphere, while outside offered a more relaxed vibe, so we opted for a table in the shade. In conclusion, find a place to park and choose to dine in. You'll enjoy your delicious meal fresh out of the kitchen in far less time than those waiting in the drive-thru.
The restaurant serves great chicken, but they were out of coleslaw, which is disappointing since they only offer two side options: Texas toast and fries. Not having coleslaw really detracts from the meal experience. Additionally, the food was served on the cooler side—hot or at least warm chicken and fries would have been much better. They were also out of ketchup. On a positive note, the cashier was very friendly, and the staff was welcoming. The place itself was clean, which is a plus.
