Armanii's Unihill - Bundoora

I think this place is more of a drinking and smoking area, the food is just decent, nothing amazing. Staff were not the friendliest, I felt slightly unwelcomed or something. Tried the chicken parm and nothing special, if I had gotten it off the menu it would be $25. If you turn behind or looked around before ordering there's promo prices so it'll be $19.90 with a cup of soda. Food is pretty pricey. Fries were pretty salty too. Reply: i just said not friendliest, never said they were hostile, just not very welcoming. And yes, I did finish the food but the fries were indeed salty, I had to scrape off the salt. Apologies if it was taken the wrong way. I'm just giving a neutral review.

We got a pasta and a risotto. Reasonable portions for both but they lacked flavour.

I ordered the grilled fish, and it was very fresh and had a wonderful taste. The personnel eere great to speak with and very friendly. Will definitely be back.

Unfortunate experience here the other night. Ingredients aren’t fresh, expired cheese on the pasta, tomato’s in the salad were off and brown lettuce! I had the calamari salad and the calamari was over seasoned, to the point it tasted bitter. I had left three quarters of it behind. Received a real attitude when complaining, until the other manager tasted it and realised. Then everything complimentary was shoved in our face. Perhaps better as a cafe, smoking area etc.

Really good service, very respectful and friendly to their customers. They make good coffees and are really welcoming. I recommend this place for everyone
