Cafe Vue at Heide - Bulleen

Great food, tasty coffee, great atmosphere, just don't expect a half decent service. messed up our order, gave it to someone else, and we had to wait a very long time in the end, while everyone else who ordered after us got their order earlier. no explanation or apologies were offered

Great location, amazing staff and the food is delicious. I am dairy intolerant and asked if they could adjust one of the dishes to my dietary needs and they were incredibly accommodating and it was a busy service. My thanks to them for great food, good coffee and fabulous service.

The food we had was really nice but the service was a miss. I thought the menu looked good and I took a while to make my choice. While I found my eggs florentine tasty and good value, looking at the the wagyu burger and fries for $28 ? No way. We were passed over for ordering our food and told to sit down when approaching the staff, milk was missed from our tea, one waiter wondered around a little trying to find someone’s food, and at the end asked for our opinion but didn’t stop to listen. The staff overall did not seem relaxed. It was nice at the end we didn’t have to pay for our drinks.

We had lunch twice here in our holiday to OZ over Christmas and New Year. Food is fabulous and in a lovely setting, get along and try, you won't be disappointed

The staff and the food were very good. I would recommend to my family and friends. Plenty of room and well set up. Thankyou all staff.
