Pizza Hut - Buford

We were the ones who ordered online just before closing on a busy weekend night, mistakenly thinking they closed an hour later. I just want to express my gratitude for their consistently accurate orders and the fact that we never have to wait too long. That's true customer service!

We enjoy this location, but they always seem to be short-staffed. The pizza is consistently good, and the salad bar is decent, though it could use some improvements. Unfortunately, we had to ask the waitress three times for our drinks, even though she passed by our table multiple times serving drinks to others who were seated after us.

This is the only Pizza Hut that offers dine-in service, and I’m so grateful for that! Pizza Hut truly makes amazing pizza crusts, especially their pan pizza! My visit here after more than six years was absolutely fantastic! My waitress, Brenna, was incredibly helpful and even managed to give me a great discount on the pizza I wanted, which wasn’t covered by the coupon. She’s simply the best! I can’t wait to come back for more pizza next time, and I hope she’s still working here when I do! The only thing she could improve on is ensuring that guests have utensils for their pasta, but aside from that, my experience was wonderful!

Buffet was well stocked with pizza, salad, pasta and desert options. Wish it had at least one premium pizza out all the time. Mostly one or two topping pizzas. Good service. Drinks never went empty. Good time.
