Mcdonald's - Buford

I had a frustrating experience at Slow. I waited 15 minutes at the mobile pickup area before realizing they had completely forgotten about my order. When I finally went inside to retrieve it, I had to wait again. To make matters worse, the bottom bun of my fish filet was rock hard, making a noise when I tapped on it. There were no apologies offered during the ordeal. It left me wondering if they were short-staffed due to a greedy owner, or if the employees were just lazy and incompetent. Perhaps it was just a particularly bad day, or a mix of various issues. Regardless of the reason, it’s not a place I would want to visit again.

The service is too slow. While their quality food is good, the wait time is excessive. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru, and many customers are leaving due to the delays.

I queued for breakfast at 10:20 to order three chicken biscuits, but when I reached the counter, I was informed they only had one left. It's frustrating to think that if I had arrived three minutes earlier and requested ten, they could have fulfilled that order. Yet, because I was just 15 seconds late, despite waiting ten minutes ahead of time, they couldn't accommodate my request. When I inquired if there were any more chicken biscuits available in the entire restaurant, the manager told me they only had one left for breakfast, implying they had more but weren’t willing to cook them since it was already 10:30.

They're busy but efficient. Order placed in app was out quickly. BUT...what is up with McDonald's and Coke Zero? I am on a 4 store streak with settling for diet Coke due to no Coke Zero. Might have to start dining at QT or RaceTrac...

Roaches and big ones on the floor dead and a live one on the ceiling. I told a manager and she got upset. It's nasty to see them while consuming food. Priority one!
