Baskin-robbins - Buford

So Baskin has 31 flavors to choose from correct? Well this location only offers 18 of those 31 lol. They never have chocolate and many others. My wife absolutely loves the milk shakes from Baskin but the last 3-4 times we have been to this location they were either out of ice cream or couldn?t make something. This location use to be the best but it has taken a hard left turn somewhere. I pray the management sees this and shakes this place up and gets everyone on their toes!!

Horrible horrible!!!! They lost my son?a B-day cake and now they won?t give me my money back because they have no receipt on their end from it. I ordered online and I have the receipt but they don?t. I will never do business with this location again! I will be contacting the manger and your corporate office. Also, not even a sorry about that!!! Also customers beware they allow a crazy homeless man to sit in their business and harass customers!! He sits in the back and gets involved in customer disputes. Unbelievable!!! It is really sad as a manager that you allow a homeless man to sit in your business and follow customers out to their car and yell at them!!!!!!!!!!!

3rd time coming here this week around 8 am. First 2 times ordered cappuccino blasts and we're told we're too short handed to make it. Today My husband had just walked in the store to see what they would say and he witnessed the employees making one for a vehicle in the drive thru so he came back in the car to get in the drive thru. We get to the window to order and we're again told we're too short staffed to make it. He questioned the employee due to what he had just witnessed inside and she got another employee to speak. When he ordered it again now he was told that they were out of the ingredients. So which version is the truth?? Are you too short staffed, did you run out of ingredients, or you just did not want to make 2 of these items?? HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Went to drive through at 945 to place a simple order and they are supposed to be closed at 10 and the open sign was on and nobody answered the drive through but there employees in the store and as soon as o drove back around they had ignored me and turned off the open sign! I work in the restaurant industry and I know it?s a pain when costumers comes in late but come on it?s ice cream it?s not like you are cooking food made to order. Very disappointed!! Will not be returning.

We went through the drive through line this afternoon. For some reason it took quite a long time to get the order. The staff seemed new but they were helpful.
