My wife and I like to walk to Bucerias for dinner in the town square. Fortunately the vendors were not ready when we arrived. We asked a local where they like to eat and they recommended this place. It is two blocks to the north of the town square, same road as the front of the church. They are on the north/west corner. Just look for the guy cooking on the old car rim, hence the name! Don't let this detour you from trying it. Everything is clean and the owners are very friendly and service is quick. I started with three tacos de asada, delicious. My wife had two and then added a torta. We shared the torta. We each then had one more taco de asada. I could have eaten three or four more, they are so good. I would think for the average person three to four tacos would be enough. The tacos are 10 pesos each, less than a dollar! We brought our own drink which did not seem to be a problem. Lots of locals were eating here as well. We will probably hit it one more time before we leave. They are a four mile walk along the beach from our resort, but well worth it! As the other reviews say, this place is right on the street, though there is indoor dining. You should not go here for atmosphere, but for the great food.
For 15 pesos each, you get very tasty tacos that are grilled right in front of you on the corner. This is not a fancy place. This is street tacos. And they are excellent!!!! Would highly recommend, especially if you have had a few beers and need some munchies.
Un lugar muy bueno para cenar algunos tacos ricos de la cabeza o la manguera de carne, con su salsa super pepino
Exquisitos los tacos y las tostadas imperdible no ir a cenar a Bucerías
