The ambiance was fantastic, and the food was delightful. Our group of five thoroughly enjoyed everything, which was all delicious and served promptly. I highly recommend this place, and we will definitely return!

I've been visiting this establishment for a long time, and it feels like home. It's cozy and has a great atmosphere, and the staff are friendly. However, the quality of the food can sometimes disappoint, which seems to depend on the shift. Recently, I went in and was quite upset to find that they removed the wide tables for four. Now, you feel like you're in a food court—there's barely enough space for a plate and a glass. My question for the management is: did you really gain a few extra seats at the cost of destroying the restaurant's entire atmosphere? It's sad.

At first, I wanted to remain silent like Tatiana in the letter, but I just can't. They served us a salad with a greasy, fried cockroach in it! I have to say, my appetite and mood vanished instantly. What surprised me even more was that the waitstaff and the manager, despite their apologies, did not offer any discount on the beer and lemonade, which we naturally couldn't finish.
