Howler - Brunswick

Not my regular scene but was there for a concert. Food and drink prices were reasonable but I am not used to having a surcharge on a debit card. The queue to get drinks at the bar was sometimes mixed up with the queue to get into the theatre. They were ticking people off manually by name and not by scanning tickets which meant it was slow to get in to the theatre. It was very cramped in the theatre, maybe oversold a little bit.

The place has amazing Dj's ,weekends place lots of parking, has its own theatre for concerts and performances every weekend , food and drinks are good and the interior and lightings are so organic. A must visit place in Brunswick to chill.

First visit to Howler to watch SYML last Friday. Great venue with a convenient parking lot out the front. The staff were friendly, drinks were reasonably priced, and food was good. Can't really ask for more. I love the seamless flow of the venue from the outdoors (with DJ) to indoors then band room at the end. Will be back!

Watched Laufey here. She's got a spectacular voice and the venue's sound engineering did it justice. Food before the show hit the spot as well! Chicken parmigiana, karaage and salad all good!

Good beer, nice atmosphere, good to relax or chill with partner and friends.
