The owner was very rude to us and to his employees. Don?t waste your time coming here!!

I showed this lady a picture of what i wanted, i told her i want exactly this the same colors and everything just a different name she took a picture and then said they can do that. Two days later i go pick it up to see they got lazy on the border the picture on the cookie cake was not close to what i asked for. The handwriting looked so messy and where she wrote happy birthday was not where i asked. They could?ve contacted me if they had a problem but they didn?t. I buy a cookie cake every year from here and they are usually great but this one was just bad.

Had a awfull experience today with this young rude girls that work there was trying to explain that my coffee was horrible they didn?t even ask if they can remake it or anything never gonna buy coffee or cookies from you all ever again and I I?m a well-known person here in Brownsville which I will tell everybody not to go and buy anything from you all ever again just because of those rude young girls who are working there with no experience to be polite or at least to remake my coffee that was horrible.

Great place to buy cookies coffee. Great cookie cakes. Employees very helpful.
