Ordered an americano however it wasn’t made with a typical espresso using an espresso machine, it was made using drip coffee. Service was slow despite it being an americano which is the easiest drink to make and was still charged $5 again despite again it being a fake americano.

Service and product used to be great, recently went again and service took really long. We also got served regular drip coffee when we ordered espresso drinks.
