Mcdonald's - Brownsville

The service today was fast and friendly. However, my fries were slightly too cold.

The breakfast order was served hot and fresh, and I have no complaints.

A double square fiber without onions is not the same as a single quarter fiber with onions. This shows complete incompetence all the way to the top.

I was very dissatisfied. Had to wait over twenty mins for my order... While watching the employees goof off. Employees were not in McDonald's attire, they were in sweat pants, that were hanging halfway down their backside to where their tailend was sticking out, hoodies with the hoods on.. Eating while on duty, and messing with their cell phones. There was no one making burgers for at least 5 mins due to I have no clue why.... When I left several were out back goofing off. Just very unprofessional.
