Subway - Brownsville

This trip a few of my meatballs on my sandwich were scratched on one side, making hard, dark burned tasting areas. I guess the staff did not cook them at regular intervals throughout the morning or over. Also, about 2 inches of my sub at one end was completely empty of every meatball as well as marinara sauce. That's why my 12 inch sub this time was a 10 inch sub. There was no ice cream in her beverage machine. Moreover, they rarely have any of the common cookie taste when u come. The last five times I have eaten here, they only had the Macadamia nut cookies with raspberry (or whatever fruit it is). I have never seen sugar cookies here (which are my favorites!! There are two whole roles of cookies that I... Then the other lines will usually be completely empty (sometimes I catch 1 or 2 peanut butter or chocolate chip cookies in the case, but it is rare). You can't tell me I have a PRETT REGULAR. LOL

Great service tonight! Everyone had smiling faces and did a great job with preparing our sandwiches and fast! Very friendly staff!

They had really good customer service and also helped me out what subway it should be my service more from now on thanks to all of you.

Very good food. Considering that we're in the middle of a pandemic, they're probably doing a job nobody wants to work with. Eating is always good, business is clean, manager goes out his way to great costume service.
