The Bean Barn - Brooksville

This was our first visit, and we stopped in for coffee and pastries, but we were quite disappointed. We both ordered large hot coffee drinks and requested a non-dairy option (the baristas assured us this would be no problem), and we also ordered blueberry muffins. Unfortunately, the muffins were not fresh and were still partially frozen in the middle. As for the coffee, it was technically non-dairy since it consisted only of coffee and flavored syrups, with no milk alternatives. We didn't realize this until we were already down the road and the drinks had cooled enough to sip. It seems they may not offer milk alternatives, but we would have appreciated being informed of that when we placed our order. If you don't require non-dairy options, it could be a nice place, as they do offer a variety of flavors. Now we know for next time.

This is a great spot for a fresh cup of coffee. I dropped by and found the prices to be reasonable. Although I felt the wait was a bit longer than expected for what I ordered, the coffee was fresh and flavorful. I would definitely stop by again if I have the time.

Favorite local coffee stop! never been disappointed or dissatisfied with the service or the product. very wide variety of drinks foods across the menu. bonus, they keep up with their instagram very well! seriously some really sweet girls with even sweeter service!

Last weekend, I took the junior roommates on a camping/kayaking adventure weekend. It was a fantastic trip and on Sunday morning, after taking down our site and hopping into the car for the drive back to south Florida, one of my menfolk said mommy, I bet you could use some coffee. And he was right. Ohhhhh was he right. So we hit the bean barn and in that sweaty, stinky, frizzy haired moment, I had never made a better decision in my life. An angel was behind the window, I think her name was Kaylie. I said it 's been a long weekend, these menfolk need a hot chocolate, a lemonade, and two muffins. I need a huge coffee. All of the coffee. Tell me of your flavors. She told me to try a smith&wesson. I told her to f*ck me up with the biggest coffee she had. She proceeded to do just that. It was the greatest hot flavored beanwater I 've had in a while. I 'm still thinking about it. I wonder if they ship...

Love this local coffee shop. There are many options to choose from and the baristas are super sweet! I had Thalia's drink, the white lotus with peach and rose PLUS glitter. Amazing and beautiful drink! I will be coming here from now on, so long Starbucks!
