Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - Brooksville

When we arrived, we were greeted with the most delicious, mouth-watering croissants that truly delighted our taste buds. They were incredibly fluffy, and the honey butter served with them was absolutely phenomenal—definitely the highlight of our visit! We started with a cheese platter, and while the ranch dressing wasn't to my taste, the cheeses were delightful on their own. The entrées were quite unique and served in generous portions that felt like a warm welcome home. Our food arrived quickly, and the prices were reasonable.

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and overall, it was a positive experience. Although there was a 30-minute wait, we were seated in just 15 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. The service was attentive and friendly. The chicken sliders were visually impressive, and the bourbon salmon was delicious. The side dishes were decent, but not remarkable. However, the Texas margarita was fantastic. All in all, we had a great time, and we definitely plan to return!

I have to say that I was disappointed to find that the menu online stated the pool was available for dining, but when we arrived at the restaurant, we were informed it was only for takeout. Unfortunately, we had to make do with other options. However, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent!

I had a wonderful time having lunch with my family. Our waitress was fantastic—friendly and attentive throughout our meal. The side dishes were great, especially the string beans and the baked potato topped with butter and sour cream. However, the salmon was a bit dry on the inside, although the crispy exterior was enjoyable. My sister shared the same sentiment about her salmon, but she loved her sides of baby carrots and rice. My niece's chicken was slightly undercooked, but her sides were spot on. My nephew's chicken tenders and fries were also good. The drinks were refreshing and well-made. Overall, our waitress made our experience enjoyable, which helped us overlook the food's minor issues. For me, the drinks and sides really stood out!
