Cottonwood Coffee - Brookings

We're going through Brookings on the way to Mount Rushmore. Holiday is rough to the coffee goes, I am a coffee snob that also hates corporate coffee companies. I always have to drink coffee or break down and go to Starbucks and feel bad if I don't shop on site. But Cottonwood Coffee Shop in downtown Brookings, SD has saved the day today. It is locally owned and the owner roasts his own beans!!! I have a big red eye, it's great! The galle that worked the counter went only to the most beautiful person I met early in the morning, and the service was excellent! Not sure if I'm back in this town, but I'm just gonna get coffee here when I'm in Brookings!

I'll be up tonight thinking good things about that homemade jelly I had on a very tasty bagel this morning. (Slow clap) Well done Cottonwood. Well done. Coffee was beautiful and delich, not a spot to be had in the booths- I think I'm going to like it here (singing the song from Annie as I take another drink)...

Cottonwood is hands down the best coffee shop I've ever been to ever!

My favorite place to go in Brookings! Great coffee, great staff, and always great company there. Awesome place to study or read.
