Chan's Chinese American is a local small stop on the way through the edge of Oregon. they have about 3-4 vegan options (separate category in the menu). I went the with schezuan veggies white rice was probably the best Chinese that I have been going vegan. If you lack these lazy Chinese training days that you don't really get anymore, Chans will gladly satisfy your taste buds. p.s – they had no soup that was vegan, but they still offered me soup with my meal, so just make sure you don't eat it unless, of course, they now have a vegan soup.

The young woman at the counter said she was not vegan so she can't know if any items are vegan and that she's sure that any of the vegetarian items would be okay. Luckily, a cook was over and said they weren't, but he could make us vegan food. Steamed vegetables. That's it. Thanks for trying?

They have an excellent Szechuan sauce and an excellent Kung Pao sauce both are vegan. So all you have to do is ask for no meat and the tofu is fantastic.

I ordered take-out, and the food was fantastic, just like always. There were plenty of leftovers, and the service was quick and friendly. Everything was exactly as it should be.
