What an amazing little gem of a place . Absolutely amazing food, the service was warm and inviting, and the atmosphere was beautiful . Had lunch with the pork belly slider and the caprese sandwich, totally outstanding!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I dined here for the first time, so this review reflects just my single experience—but I was very impressed. The quality of our meals was exceptional, and the portions were quite generous. We will certainly make this a regular stop whenever we’re in Brookings. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The appetizer bread was delicious, and the service and atmosphere were pleasant as well. My wife ordered the chicken alfredo and felt it was a bit too saucy, but overall she enjoyed it. I decided to treat myself and went for the steak and lobster. The lobster was excellent, and the grilled vegetables were fantastic, but the steak did not meet expectations. I ordered a ribeye cooked medium rare, but it came out closer to rare and was tough to chew. It was only properly seared on one side and lacked seasoning. It would have benefited from being flambéed, grilled, topped with compound butter, or simply having more salt. It definitely needed something. Overall, we had a nice experience for a date night. And I can't forget to mention that the crème brûlée was scrumptious, especially with the added berries—it was a lovely touch!
