Blue Water Cafe Lounge - Brookings

Weight stuff is wonderful. Super polite and quick to help. The place was recommended to us by a Fred Meyer's cashier. My husband and I were not disappointed.

When I walked in, a was a rude woman at the counter didn’t even acknowledge me. She had short brown hair with pink in it. I saw her do the same thing to another couple. She just walks away and ignores people very rude. The food is OK. The service is OK. I won’t be returning.

Staff are dysfunctional. They forgot about us on the waiting list and almost seated another couple that had just walked in when we'd been waiting 20 minutes. Took 10 minutes just to get a menu. Food was okay.

We weren’t pleased at all. From the minute we walked in until we left. We were greeted when we walked in, but others were seated before us when they came in after us. The attention to detail isn’t there. My dad was without a drink until he was almost done with his food. We asked 3 other servers and never got anything. The food was subpar. It is big servings but the flavor isn’t there. I’m not a complainer, but i won’t be coming back

100% better off to just go through McDonald's. Ordered breakfast for 2 kids and 2 adults. When the food came, they had forgot my wife's entire order (which they did comp). My kids each ordered 1 and 2 pancakes with fruit, with a hot cocoa. I ordered biscuits and gravy with an extra sausage pattie and egg, oj, and a coffee. Total was $57.00 and one hour on the toilet.
