Kfc - BRONX

I was standing inside because I had a smiling for Sone chicken. the smell in the inner has almost thrown me up. the place is dirty, tables and floors are sticky. workers are super rude. the unnecessary hire I got from the cashier when I came to the line's border, turned completely from the place. I have absolutely no problem bringing my money to a better place.

I am very upset I spend over $50.00 for the 16 pieces of chicken tenders with the 4 sides, 8biscuits and sauce. Only to get home and find out it only 12 pieces of chicken in my box. I shouldn't have to open my box up and count the pieces in front of the staff, just to make sure I got the right order.???

I ordered DoorDash from here and i got the large popcorn chicken combo with a medium Dr Pepper and once i finally got the order , i was givin this empty cup with the food. But the weird thing is that they went out of their way to even seal the cup with nothing inside so basically taking my money since i brought the drink as well. This is horrible and clearly they do not care about the orders or their customers.

Today I had the most terrible experience ever. I came in was respected by the cashier she took my order like any other time. The first problem I had was waiting over 30 mins for my order the cashier assured me there was a wait because the workers were backed up I had no problem during the entire time I was there the manager kept giving me attitude when I asked what was the wait she told me I had to wait for pot pies but even after they were done she didn’t make my order right away. I asked her can she change my family combo because she gave me cold food she had a nasty attitude. She didn’t give me any utensils, or no napkins. She was arguing with one of the employees telling him to clock out as if they were in a relationship very unprofessional. She was giving the cashier attitude because she asked her for change because she couldn’t take orders. I don’t at all like her attitude and don’t think she needs to be working here if she doesn’t like to work. This has been by far the worse experience I’ve come across and would not recommend this location to anyone.

Order uber eat chicken breast and mash potato and a soda the chicken was so greasy that when I took the box out the bag the chicken fell out through the bottom the box was soggy from all the oil from the chicken chicken look like it was old and fry in dirty oil took one bite had to spit it out it was nasty mash potato came with no gravy and soda had no ice and it was flat my entire meal went to the garbage stay away from this nasty kfc
